KPPP eProcurement - Karnataka Login and Registration Process Guide

The KPPP has gone a step further to initiate an online bidding system for buyers and suppliers, leaving the tendering procedures of all state governments revolutionized. This has been upgraded by 2025 and provides great security features and easy-to-use nature. The advanced features give users greater simplicity while participating in Karnataka Tenders. KPPP portal ensures zero-paper workflow, reduced processing time, and transparency for facilitating smooth and efficient procurement for all participants here. It enables vendors to be competitively focused while easily and reliably managing their government tender activities.

The KPPP portal is designed as a single point of access to a dashboard, wherein vendors can track by themselves all their tender submissions, bid statuses, as well as notifications in real time. It offers sophisticated search filters by which to search tenders by department, category, or closing date, and thus makes taking part more convenient.

For vendor registration on the e-procurement Karnataka platform in accessing the KPPP portal, vendors need to keep the prepared essential documents and details. Some of these include a Class III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from a CCA-approved vendor and PAN numbers for the authorized signatory and the company. The complete bank account information must be in the name of the account holder, account number, IFSC code, and account type. Also required are scanned copies of either a canceled check or a bank authorization letter. A notarized affidavit or Power of Attorney on stamp paper and two valid email IDs should be supplied. These steps ensure smoothening authenticity, but also a secure and efficient tender participation process.

To get the vendor registration started, visit the  Karnataka eProcurement portal and select the option of Supplier Registration. After entering a valid email ID and mobile number, activation link with details of the supplied login details is sent to the registered email. After this link's verification of email, vendors may update a new password to log in with the provided credentials. OTP generation and acceptance of terms complete further mobile number verification.

The Karnataka eProcurement login registration fee stands at INR 500 per year, and after one year there is INR 100 renewal fee for every subsequent year. The vendors, who are applying to renew their DSC as a result of expiry, shall be required to apply again on their KPPP portal in order to continue tender participation.
